Researchers can also add important metadata associated with the sequence such as images, files, hyperlinks, and controlled vocabulary:
The CDD Vault search page provides users with an easy and intuitive interface to build queries that span both assay results and sequence information. For example, one can simultaneously search for specific sequences, various activity hit thresholds, and keywords:
Query results can be easily customized to add, remove or refine the information displayed. The customized report can be saved as a collection, viewed in the CDD Vault Visualization module as scatter plots or histograms, and exported in machine or human readable formats (.csv, .xls):
