Updated Chemical Properties:
The following calculated chemical properties were updated to version 2024.06:
New data was added to the model sets to make these predicted calculations more accurate. For more information on the models being used to calculate these properties, see the linked Knowledge Base Articles above.
Ctrl+click to Open New Tabs:
Save some time when opening a new page of CDD Vault in a separate tab by holding the ctrl/cmd key on your keyboard when clicking on a link. Several tabs of CDD Vault can be open at the same time which makes looking at multiple pages simultaneously simple to navigate.
Stoichiometry Table Update:
The following updates have been made to the pre-release version 2 of the ELN editor. To enable, please contact your account manager or the CDD Support Team.
- Exact mass is now reported for each component
- More accurate formula weights, up to 5 significant figures
- All numbers are stored as they are entered, e.g. 100.0 mg is no longer rounded to “100 mg”
We are excited to announce a new round of features associated with our Curves Add-on. If you are not yet subscribed to Curves, please contact your CDD Vault account manager or the CDD Vault Support Team to discuss enabling these features in your Vault.
Summary Curves:
Curves from multiple runs can be plotted in the same Dose-Response plot. Edit plot settings and select the summary curve option and all runs are summarized into a single curve. When overlaying curves from multiple molecules (or protocols), the summary curve option is selected by default.
CRC/DRC Legend Customization:
Customize the legend when exporting a PNG or PDF of a plot. Modify axis labels, add/remove plot parameters and edit parameter labels.
