    CDD Vault Update: Fold change

This release allows you to calculate fold change in your dose-response assays and makes importing protocol data to new projects more streamlined. Fold Change is defined as the ratio of test compound EC50 to the reference compound EC50. When a reference control is defined for the run or protocol, the fold change is determined automatically as part of the overall dose-response set of parameters. With this release, any previously imported dose-response sets that qualify have been updated to include this new calculation. fold_change Protocols drop-down list in the import interface has been updated to show the entire set of protocols available to the user regardless of whether the protocol is shared with the selected project. This allows the user to automatically share a protocol just by importing a set of data into a new project, skipping the step of sharing the protocol with that project first. A warning message will be shown during the run creation step of the import process to indicate that the protocol definition will be shared with a new project as a result of this import. share_protocol
