Register Nucleotides Using DNA Files
CDD Vault now supports the upload of a dna file when registering Nucleotides.
When you choose to register a new Nucleotide, you now have the chance to upload a sequence file. Currently, *.dna files are supported. Using this file upload during the registration process allows CDD Vault to:
- store the sequence
- display the sequence map preview
- extract the sequence from the dna file
