Standardize Your Assays
-
Customizable Forms
Drag-and-drop forms streamline assay registration, annotation, and standardization. Combining unique identifiers (UIDs) and custom data fields with standard ontology terms provides essential capability for assay management.
-
Advanced Search
Advanced searching is available in our assay informatics system which allows users to create precise queries for discovering and comparing selected Assays and properties within your organization.
-
Assay Comparison
Our innovative Property Grid tool provides easy visual and fingerprint-style comparisons across any selection of Assays. Quickly assess similarities, identify duplicates, check annotation coverage or deficiencies, and investigate reproducibility issues.
-
Make Your Data FAIR
Standardized Assay forms ensure that your data and metadata follow FAIR data principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reproducible) so that your valuable information is ready to be used by other systems, machines (including AI), and humans.

Key Capabilities
- Customizable Forms: Create your own custom data fields leveraging common ontology terms in Assay forms which are then shared and reused to save time.
- Enable Machine Learning: Standardized data enriches your training set, allowing you to utilize new, modern technologies to identify hits and accelerate discovery.
- Visual Comparison of Assays: The property grid tool in CDD Vault provides a unique, intuitive visual comparison of assay definitions, which is ideal for rapid exploration of data.
- Simplify complex ontology trees to a focused set of values: Select the available terms for each field so users only see relevant descriptors for their specific assays.
I only start working on proteins and antibodies once they are registered in CDD Vault. Spreadsheets don't work because you don't know which version is up to date. I trust the Vault as the single source of accurate data.
